A new parking lot has been built in the end of last year and the old parking lot was demolished. New business and entertainment areas are planned to the old parking lot place. Interior design and outer facade will be renovated. It was announced before about multiple screen cinema coming to Eeden.

Reconstruction must end in a year. Reconstruction plan allows to build several apartment floors above the parking lot.
