Reconstruction of the shopping center goes on. New business and entertainment areas are planned instead of the old parking lot. Interior design and outer facade will be renovated. It was announced before about multiple screen cinema coming to Eeden. A new parking lot has been built in the end of last year and the old parking lot was demolished. Reconstruction plan allows to build several apartment floors above the parking lot. Reconstruction must end in a year.

Also reconstruction of Annelinna Keskus, located not far from Eeden, has begun recently.
