Three buildings will be built at Ida street 9, each one of three floors. A kindergarten Lotte is located over the road. Apartment houses at Ladva street were built nearby recently. A new big playground will be built to Jaamamõisa in the summer. Lumina apartment houses will be finished by autumn.
